Cribbage

Join this new Cribbage group on Thursdays at 1 PM.  Refresh your skills or learn to play for the first time.  Cribbage is a card game created by the English in the early 17th century and has survived, virtually unchanged, as one of the most popular games in the English-speaking world.  No fee or registration.  

 

Mah Jongg *** VIDEO ***

Learn to play Mah Jongg, a Chinese tile game similar to Rummy, on Fridays, at 1 PM.  Mah Jongg is a game of skill, strategy, and calculation Play and involves a degree of chance.  Instructor:  Linda Bowen.  No fee or registration.

Give And Take Bingo *** VIDEO ***

Monthly on the second Friday of the month at 1:30 PM.  Bring a dollar store item or a gently used, clean item from home as a prize.  The group provides their own refreshments and contributions are needed.

 

Bingo Birthday Bash

Monthly on the third Friday of the month, at 1:30 PM.  Everyone is invited.  Birthday ladies and gents are recognized.  Refreshments and prizes provided.  Sponsored by The Gardens of Statesville and Cardinal Village.

Billiards *** VIDEO ***

Enjoy playing on our two full-sized billiards/pool table, plus a small table!  Women play on Tuesdays at 9 AM, men on Thursdays at 9 AM, and mixed billiards (everyone plays) on Fridays at 9 AM.  Drop-in and play on Mondays and Wednesdays, too!  AARP Tax Aide sets up in the billiards room to prepair taxes from the first Monday and Friday in February  through April 15.  During that time the room is closed to billiards players.
